Its durable PA6 nylon housing is IP65 rated and salt-spray tested, so it holds up in caravans, camper trailers and 4WDs just as well as it does on a boat or marine console, and the surface-mount design makes for a simple install on dash tops, consoles or panels with no flush-cutting required.
