Warranty Support
We are proud to offer assistance with back-to-base warranty support for Power Products Direct customers. We can provide support in three simple steps:
1. Email us at info@powerproductsdirect.com.au with your order number, phone number, part number, issue, and supporting files (photos or video)
2. Our technician will call you to diagnose the issue over the phone
3. If required, you can send us the faulty product and we'll provide back-to-base warranty support
