How to use it
The relay will sit between the start and the secondary battery. It has a contact point to connect to a vehicle's accessory circuit that only comes on when the ignition has started. This means, when the engine is off, there will be no power to the relay and it will not allow current to pass from the start battery to the secondary battery. This effectively isolates the start battery so that it doesn't drain.
