IP66 weatherproof, UV-resistant enclosure for outdoor mounting
High-visibility ON/OFF indication
Pad-lockable handle (padlock shackle up to 6 mm)
Conduit entries top and bottom (4 x M25)
Base-mounted mechanism for easier termination and more wiring room
Tested to IEC 60947-3, AC-22A
SAA, RCM and CE approved
Overview
A three-pole weatherproof isolator for switching and isolating three-phase AC circuits up to 35 A at 440 V. The sealed enclosure keeps out dust, oil and driving rain, and resists UV, heat and cold, so it suits exposed outdoor locations such as beside a solar inverter or on an external wall. The lockable handle lets you secure the switch in the OFF position while work is carried out.
Ideal for
AC-side isolation of three-phase solar inverters
Isolating three-phase circuits at outdoor equipment
Lock-off isolation points for maintenance
Installation
Must be installed by a licensed electrician. Use suitable M25 conduit fittings or cable glands on the entries to maintain the IP66 rating.
About ZJ Beny
Zhejiang Benyi (ZJ Beny) manufactures protection components for the solar industry, including DC isolators, AC isolators, circuit breakers, fuses and surge protection, all made in-house.
It lets you safely disconnect a circuit, such as the AC output of a solar inverter, so the equipment can be serviced or shut down in an emergency. It must be installed by a licensed electrician.
Yes. The handle is pad-lockable and takes a padlock with a shackle of up to 6 mm, so the circuit can be locked off while work is carried out.
Yes. The enclosure is rated IP66 and is UV resistant. Use suitable M25 conduit fittings or cable glands on the entries so the seal and rating are maintained.
Single-pole (250 V) models suit single-phase circuits. Three-pole (440 V) models are for three-phase circuits, such as a three-phase inverter output.
AC-22A is an IEC 60947-3 utilisation category for switching mixed resistive and inductive loads, including moderate overloads. It is not a motor-switching (AC-23A) rating.
